Today as i sit alone with myself
i Humbly accept my faith
Dear LORD i was born as the son af a poor man which i never had the honour of knowing
i went through life and made many mistakes
i met people and did hurt many of them
i have stolen , cheated and lied
i even went so far as to challenge YOU DEAR LORD
i fatherred 3 children into this world
i also many years later grandfatherred 1
i married a woman that was down an out and to my knowledge made her a little something.
i went on and made millions and had all the earthly things that any man can ever wish for
i then lost all that
i then had the honour to be with a beautifull soul for a few years
i also lost her
i also nearly lost myself
i actually did loose myself for a while
i piosened my body with drugs , alcahol and nicotine
i overindulged in fatty foods and the sweets of life
Then YOU came to me one day
Commanded me to attend to a little fun day for elderly persons
i went there and was humbly overwelmed with the grattitude and thank you's i recieved
DEAR LORD i never beleived that i was to accept my little talents
so here i stand today and say
THANK YOU LORD for letting me go into the darkness
only to understand the LIGHT
The light that YOU have shown me.
