Fire

I gave you my fire
I lit up the smouldering fire in me
I had you felt the warmth in me
I shared my heat with you

You chose to enjoy for a while
You felt the inner warmth
You took the light to see
You inhaled the heat

Then you once again made a choice
You chose to put out me fire
To overlook the angels dancing in the flames
Only to see the flaming demons

Long after the heat from the ashes dissapeared
The dancing angels will haunt you in the dead of your night
To make place for the demons you chose to feed
You will have to keep and feed your demons

And that me fire will never be lit again
For the me fire is mine
I took my fire away
only to be lit another day
